In the contemporary Replica Breitling collection, the Endurance Pro series stands out as the brand’s most specialized sports watch. As part of its 2023 releases, Replica Breitling has launched two new limited edition Endurance Pro IRONMAN watches: one made from carbon composite and the other a premium version featuring a brushed titanium case.
The first of these two 2023 IRONMAN-themed watches is the Replica Breitling Endurance Pro IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship Edition, which essentially showcases a new color scheme of the original Endurance Pro IRONMAN that was reviewed earlier. Like the Endurance Pro IRONMAN Finisher model, this new version boasts a case crafted from Breitlight (carbon composite), measuring 44mm in diameter and 12.5mm in thickness, with an overall lug-to-lug length of 52.49mm. Similar to the standard models, the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship Edition is equipped with a flat sapphire crystal over its dial, a rubberized crown, and two pushers on the right side of the case, along with a screw-down caseback that ensures water resistance up to 100 meters. This makes the Replica Breitling Endurance Pro watches well-suited for any swimming segments in a triathlon.
In contrast to the Endurance Pro IRONMAN Finisher model, the new Replica Breitling Endurance Pro IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship Edition showcases a vibrant turquoise color scheme with bright yellow details on the chronograph hands. Furthermore, akin to the various Endurance Pro University Edition models, these new Replica Breitling Endurance Pro IRONMAN World Championship watches display the IRONMAN logo within the sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position. The other new addition to the collection is the Clone Breitling Endurance Pro IRONMAN World Championship Edition, which presents a premium version of the Endurance Pro, replacing the standard model’s Breitlight carbon composite case with one made of brushed titanium. While the turquoise Endurance Pro IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship Edition honors the IRONMAN event in Lahti, Finland (scheduled for August 26 to 27, 2023), the titanium Replica Breitling Endurance Pro IRONMAN World Championship Edition celebrates the men’s competition in Nice, France (taking place on September 10, 2023), and the women’s event in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii (set for October 14, 2023).
In addition to its brushed titanium case, the new Replica Breitling Endurance Pro IRONMAN World Championship Edition features a different color scheme compared to the other models in the collection. While it shares an anthracite dial with its turquoise counterpart, it swaps turquoise for bright blue, and the yellow accents on the hands are replaced with bright orange equivalents. The overall dimensions of the watch remain consistent with its carbon composite siblings. Notably, while the turquoise Endurance Pro IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship Edition showcases white text on its bezel, these markings appear in black on the titanium version, providing enhanced contrast against the gray tones of the metal.
Both of the new Replica Breitling Endurance Pro IRONMAN World Championship Edition watches are powered by the brand’s Caliber 82 thermocompensated quartz movement. This movement includes a 30-minute chronograph capable of measuring time to the nearest 1/10th of a second, along with an automatically changing date display positioned at 4:30. Based on the foundational architecture of an ETA movement, the battery-powered Replica Breitling Cal. 82 delivers standard chronograph functions, along with a split-timing feature that can be activated by pressing the lower pusher while the chronograph is still in operation.
